Process
Fog is a significant aspect of location yet it is amorphous, hard to measure, and leaves a nearly invisible mark on the spaces it pervades. These visual experiments were conducted in an effort to understand the impact that fog has on our environment. The paintings involve minimal human intervention, allowing the fog itself to develop an image unique to time and place. This body of work attempts to capture the intangible through expressive means.
